Denton Square Calendar (dentonsquarecalendar.com) is a free community calendar operated by Green Post Goods, LLC. By using the website, you agree to these terms.
Event Listings
We gather event information from venues, organizers, public sources, and community submissions. We review listings before publishing them, but details can change or contain errors. Please confirm event information with the venue or organizer before attending.
Unless otherwise stated, we don't organize the events listed on the calendar, sell tickets, or take responsibility for the events themselves.
Submissions
When you submit an event, you agree to provide accurate information. If you submit photos, artwork, or other creative content, you confirm that you created it or have permission to share it.
You retain ownership of anything you create. By submitting content, you give Green Post Goods, LLC permission to publish, edit, and display it on Denton Square Calendar and use it to promote the website. This permission is non-exclusive and royalty-free, meaning you can continue using your work elsewhere and we don't owe payment unless we've agreed to it separately.
We may make reasonable edits, such as shortening descriptions or cropping photos. We may also decline, edit, or remove submissions at our discretion.
We credit photographers and artists whenever their work appears on the calendar, including a link to their website or social media when provided.
You can request removal of your photos or artwork at any time. We'll remove the content from the calendar, although copies already shared elsewhere may remain available.
If we agree to pay for a submission, the payment terms will be established separately in writing.
Copyright and Ownership
Photos and artwork belong to their respective creators and may not be reused without their permission.
The Denton Square Calendar name, logo, original text, and website design belong to Green Post Goods, LLC. Icons from Noun Project are used under license.
If you believe content on our website infringes your copyright, email hello@dentonsquarecalendar.com with a description of the content, where it appears, and an explanation of your ownership or rights. We'll review the request and remove content when appropriate.
If you need to change or remove an event listing, you can also use the "Is this your event?" option on the listing.
Acceptable Use
When using Denton Square Calendar, please don't:
- Submit false or misleading information.
- Send spam or other unwanted messages.
- Attempt to access restricted areas of the website or interfere with its operation.
- Copy or collect website content in bulk in ways that disrupt the site.
Links to Other Websites
Our calendar includes links to venues, event organizers, ticket sellers, and other websites. We don't control these sites and aren't responsible for their content, services, or privacy practices.
Disclaimers and Liability
Denton Square Calendar is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. We make reasonable efforts to keep event information accurate, but we can't guarantee that listings are complete, current, or error-free.
To the extent permitted by law, Green Post Goods, LLC is not responsible for losses, damages, or injuries related to your use of the calendar or attendance at listed events.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms as needed. When we do, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Texas. Any legal disputes related to these terms will be handled in the courts of Denton County, Texas.
